Constantin Stere University of European Political and Economic Studies (USPEE) or Universitatea de Studii Politice şi Economice Europene Constantin Stere (USPEE) is a renowned university in the Republic of Moldova, established in 1997 as the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations (I.S.P.R.I.) has grown into a leading institution for political, economic, legal, and social sciences. In 2011, it was named in honor of Constantin Stere, a distinguished jurist and politician.
The University is accredited by Agenția Națională de Asigurare a Calității în Educație și Cercetare (ANACEC), Moldova’s national quality assurance agency in higher education.
It follows the Bologna Process and ECTS System with Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs in Law, International Relations, Economics, and Communication.
