This unit aims to develop learners’ understanding of the key principles that underpin Managing Employment Relations. The learners will develop an understanding of employee relation & Employment Law and their purpose, specifically focusing on recruitment and selection legislation and the employment protection provided for different types of organizations.
This unit aims to develop learners’ understanding of the principles and practices of resourcing, Global talent management, and performance and reward management in corporate contexts. Learners will acquire both theoretical and practical understanding of recruitment, selection, employee retention and dismissal, and related aspects of Global talent management. The learners will also learn the diverse approaches to effective reward and performance management in the global context.

This unit aims to develop learners’ strategic leadership and management knowledge and skills. The learners will also learn the role of leadership and management in enhancing teamwork, effective communication, and organizational performance. The unit reflects the nature of the roles and competencies relevant at a strategic level.
This unit aims to develop learners’ understanding of contemporary issues in the Engagement of Employees, Organisational Learning, people management, and development. Learners will examine and critically evaluate the purpose and objectives of human resource management and designing and implementing HR action plans for promoting employee engagement and organizational performance.
Graduates will be required to carry out research or consultation based on a practical problem, challenge or opportunity for any of the selected businesses. They will present a research/consultancy report supervised by the university.

University Progression
This course already includes a Master's top-up with one of our academic partners based on your choice.
You will start the university progression once you have successfully completed all the learning outcomes and the assessment criteria in the first two semesters of this program. Please note that the third semester of the program will be managed directly by the university or its representative, and the learning and assessment will be managed directly by the mentioned above. MEWSchool will be very eager to help you in all of your endeavors, even into the third semester. However, we might not be able to control the processes and information and thereby will not be in a position to help or provide in-depth support during the third semester.

Entry Requirement
A bachelor's degree or at least five years of managerial experience.
A student would need at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited UK university or equivalent qualification in case the qualification is achieved abroad for the standard admission route; however, there could be a chance given to students who have a proven record of at least five years of managerial experience in the respective field of the degree applied for. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and it is the university's discretion to accept or reject any application based on the experience certificate provided.

Certificate
Upon the successful completion of all the learning outcomes and passing the assessment criteria, the student will be awarded the following credentials:
Certificate 1: Course Completion Certificate, awarded by MEW School of Leadership
Certificate 2: Level 7 Diploma certificate awarded by OTHM Qualifications.
Certificate 3: MSc degree certificate and transcript awarded by our UK partner University.

Visa Requirement
A visa is required only if you are invited for a research-based workshop/assignment or choose to finish the third semester on campus with the university. You might also require a visa if you opt-in to participate in the awarding university graduation ceremony.
However, since the program is delivered 100% online, there is no visa requirement whatsoever.
Please also note that MEWSchool might facilitate your visa process but cannot process or guarantee your visa. Any extra process or charges or any additional requirement related to visa processing will be borne individually and solely by the student. the above fee for the program includes only the tuition fee for the program along with your certification.
